RECRUITMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE CARRIER;

AŞ and who has the most suitable qualifications as personality, capability and experience, in line with the equality of opportunity.
Individual and team level facilities are provided for learning in order that the workforce can realise all of their potentials and that they can develop themselves.
Development of our workforce through work experience is provided by orientation training that covers all of our departments, by the manager of the department that each of the person works in and by educational support activities that are provided by other workers and by external trainings.
Job definition and responsibilities for new recruitments are issued in writing under the scope of the ISO 9000.
Wages policy is applied in our establishment according to the wages evaluation system.
- Normal work period is 45 hours for the week.
- Hours of work are between 08.30-17.45; Monday to Saturday.
- Starting time of work can vary according to the plant and shifts.
MEAL AND TRANSPORT SERVICES;
Meal service is provided within our establishment and transport service is provided to all of the districts.
Football, volleyball, table tennis tournaments are organised at our establishment every year.
PRACTICAL TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES;
- Support is provided for development of the students through the practical training opportunities provided for university students at our establishment.
- For application, students should apply individually to our company for their practical trainings.
- Practical training periods are between 1st June and 30th September.
Applications are accepted during March and April and results of the application of the students, whether they have been accepted or not are informed in May.
